We have instituted several new procedures due to Virginia’s Executive Order 61. According to the order, no one with a fever or symptoms od COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted in the establishment.

Our additional procedures include:

  • 30 Year Company with proven track record in customer service
  • Sanitation of all dealership facilities daily and enhanced sanitation in guest waiting areas throughout the day
  • Hand sanitizer available on site for guests
  • Masks and gloves available for all guests
  • Monitoring staff health statuses
  • Ensuring that our showroom does not have more than 10 clients occupying them at a time.
  • Requesting guests and staff maintain social distancing of at least (6) feet from any other person
  • We have rearranged furniture to facilitate more social distance
  • Offering valet sales and service to clients’ home or work. Call for details about alternative delivery processes.
